Background Bicycle Cluster is a B2B matchmaking marketing platform for bicycle parts. Before the project started, the basic functions and initial UI were completed and launched.

Analysis Advantage : Complete functional planning whitch includes a complete business model for the platform
Disdvantage : There is room for optimization of the user experience of some functions.Also insufficient brand visual personality.

Personas Boss Chen, 42 years old, male.
Distributing bicycle parts from abroad.
He hopes to upload and expose the agency’s products through the platform, find stores who are interested in retailing, and increase the sales channels of their products.

▪ The manufacturer information cannot be re-uploaded, and the picture size cannot be changed
▪ Classification, number of words and other details are clear, and more details need to be considered
